Paperbark is mainly wild harvested from the Northern Coast areas of Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Paperbark has a unique smokey flavour when food is wrapped and cooked in it. Great for fish, chicken or vegetables.
To use, wash and soak in water before adding your ingredients. Tie with string or wrap in aluminium foil. Cook on the BBQ or in the oven.
