She's the owner and co founder of Kungkas Can Cook, a catering company which specialises in native foods collected straight from country.
It's a passion Rayleen has had all her life, and she turned it into a business about 11 years ago.
During her nomadic childhood, Rayleen lived all over the Territory from Wave Hill to Katherine, Tennant Creek to Adelaide River.
She even sheltered through Cyclone Tracy in the family bus!
